Andy Serkis Visits the AFI Conservatory

Andy Serkis visited the AFI Conservatory this week to discuss his motion capture experiences on films like THE HOBBIT, LORD OF THE RINGS and KING KONG. Here he is pictured to the right of Ahmed Best, a current Fellow at the Institute who did the motion capture acting for the character of Jar Jar Binks in several STAR WARS films.

AFI’S Master Class: The Art of Collaboration - Monday, January 14th on TCM
